DELIVERY OPTIONS

You can choose between 3 types of delivery options based upon your needs, these are explained in more detail below:

We deliver all over the greater Melbourne area and simply charge based on how far we must travel. The delivery charge will automatically calculate for you on the cart or checkout page once you have entered your delivery address.

You are also of course welcome to pick up from our warehouse in Braeside (just near Moorabbin Airport) for no charge!

Please remember that delivery includes both drop off and pick up.

Please note:

  • Delivery will be scheduled for the Friday before your event between 9am to 4pm
  • Pick up will be on the following Monday around the same time so you have the hire equipment for a few extra days use over the weekend.

On the delivery and pick up day we will text you with a scheduled time within a 30 min window, so you don’t have to wait around all day. 

The below options are available to choose from when you go through the checkout process:

STANDARD DELIVERY (Easy Access)

Suited for residences where access is simple, and parking is ample:

  • Delivery to the premise and pick up from the premise
  • No lifts, long stairs, and parking close to where the items are being delivered
  • Does not include setup or pack up (everything is very simple though and we are always happy to help and show you how)

  

PREMIUM DELIVERY (Difficult Access)

Suitable for residences where access is limited, parking may be difficult:

  • Delivery to the premises and pick up from the premise

Difficult access to the premise includes the following:

  • Lifts
  • Large Staircases
  • Parking further than 20m from where the items are to be carried
  • Limited car parking in general
  • Does not include setup or pack up (everything is very simple though and we are always happy to help and show you how) 

If you are unsure, please let us know and we can help you choose between standard or premium delivery.

 

** IMPORTANT ** Due to COVID-19

When we deliver, we will call you so you can come outside, and we can show you how to set up the equipment and you can collect without contact. When we pick up the equipment, we will call you when we arrive so you can leave it packed up and outside in a safe dry place.

 

WAREHOUSE PICK UP AND RETURN

LOCATION - Unit 3 84-90 Lakewood Blvd Braeside 3195

TIMES - Pick up Friday and return Monday between 9am to 4pm.

NOTE - If these times do not suit, you can contact our office 1300 669 067 to arrange another time as the warehouse is not always staffed.

** IMPORTANT ** 

When you arrive, please call our office 1300 669 067 as the building will be locked up. We will then come out and show you how easy it is to set up from a distance and can then load up the equipment into your vehicle without contact.
